Jim Cardwell's September Educational Webinar
Internal Connections Consulting Teams

We believe in the power of our clients’ Internal Connections Consulting Teams.  They provide an important internal support system for coaching, mentoring, coordinating and monitoring the success of the Connections Online implementation.  They are an important critical success factor.

At this year’s Connections Online User’s Conference, we were fortunate to have several representatives from various organizations from across the country that fulfill this role. We wanted to know what their biggest challenges were.  Using a weighted voting process, they told us what they are (in priority order):

1.      Leader buy-in (generally)

2.      Resource allocation (people getting overworked)

3.      Authority to hold people accountable (non performers)

4.      Keeping consistency with the project management
      process

5.      Sustaining momentum on any practice

Our meeting format did not allow us the time needed to go over how to deal with each of these potential roadblocks or concerns.   We believe that these are important issues.  The September Webinar focused on this issue.
